Huguley Hosts Free Nutrition Lectures

Do you have a difficult time finding healthy food to eat? Do you find comfort in unhealthy foods? Do you ever wonder how to improve your skin and shrink your body? If you answered yes to any of those questions, Huguley Memorial Medical Center can help.

Norene Sofranac, a registered and licensed dietitian with Huguley Nutrition Services, will present five free health seminars to cover a variety of nutrition topics.  

March 8 - Expand the Diet, Shrink the Body: A closer look at digestion on weight and well-being.

March 22 - Supermarket Lingo: How to sniff out the healthier brands.

April 5 - Save Your Skin: Reduce inflammation the diet way.

April 19 - Emotional Eating: When comfort foods turn against you.

May 3 - Dashboard Dining by Candlelight: How we eat counts too.

All lectures begin at 6:00 p.m. and are held in the Huguley Fitness Center Amphitheater located on the Huguley Campus. All lectures are FREE and open to the community. For more information please call 817-568-3155.
