Prepared Childbirth 

Prepared Childbirth Class:  Six-week class held on Monday evenings or a six-week class held on Tuesday evenings. This 6-night series provides the opportunity to learn step-by-step specifics regarding each stage of labor and delivery; modern technology in OB today; and birth options available. Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques are utilized. A tour will be included of Labor and Delivery. Registration should be made no later than the fifth month of pregnancy and classes should be taken during the last trimester. Bring 4 pillows and a blanket to class.
